As the eldest daughter of Harry Romanow, founder of Romanow
Building Services, Marina literally grew up in the business. She became
President in 1982, when RBS employed 120 Associates. Marina is a Certified
Building Service Executive (CBSE) and has served on the Board of Directors of
the Building Services Contractors Association International (BSCAI), the
international trade association for cleaning and maintenance contractors. In
addition, she is a current member of Affiliated Building Service Contractors of
Michigan (ABSCM). Marina is recognized nationally as a leader in our industry,
confirmed by her selection to participate on numerous panels and committees
across the country. She has been featured as a speaker at many national
conventions and seminars on topics ranging from "Handling Turnover" to
"Quality" and "Cost Accounting".
