Carolyn Grussing, Human Resource Manager

Before joining the RBS management team, Carolyn Grussing spent 11 years as Human Resource Manager for a large firm with multiple locations. This experience proved invaluable when Carolyn began her career at RBS in 1995. Carolyn is responsible for all personnel related functions for RBS, including recruiting, interviewing, pre-employment orientation and basic safety training. She also administers employee benefits, worker compensation, unemployment claims, and coordinates the daily activities of the Human Resource staff at our Saginaw Corporate Office. E-mail:  Carolyn
